Raiders safety Jarrod Cooper announced a $1,000 contest for the best Raiders-related tattoo. The deadline for fans to send pictures to Raiders headquarters, care of Cooper, is Oct. 26. The winner will be announced by the Oct. 29 game against Pittsburgh, according to the SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE.
